Activities of the Placement cell:
Inviting various schools for campus recruitment
Training to suit various needs of schools
Promoting students by giving instructions about various interview techniques.
Guiding students related to the areas career planning and career mapping.
Developing the physical, social, mental, moral, emotional, inter personal, intra personal, and communication skills.
Our college has an effective “GRADUATE TEACHERS SELECTION PROGRAMME” and gives adequate and proper guidance and counseling to make the right choice. The placement brochure is distributed to all eminent schools in and around Pollachi Taluk. The students-teachers are benefited in these interviews conducted during the month of April. Nearly 65 Students - teachers were selected through the graduate teacher selection programme.

Future Plans
To achieve 100% placement for all the students.
To train our students to face campus recruitment with good communication skills.
To conduct training programs in interview skills, personality development, communication skills, inculcate problem solving technique, team spirit and to provide exposure to corporate climate among students.
